Returns Policy
Overview
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Motivat3d provides a straightforward refund policy that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. You hold the right to cancel your order and request a refund however, agree to comply with our refund conditions described below.
Change of Mind Gurantee
Motivat3d grant every Buyer a Change of Mind gurantee but only applicable within the first 14 days after purchase & only applicable if items are in their original, unopened packaging. Notwithstanding, if within 14 days after your purchase and you have a change of mind to cancel your purchase, you are eligible for a refund however, If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was confirmed by Motivat3d, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Canceled Order
We accept order cancellations prior to order shipment. If the order is cancelled, before shipment then, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the order has already been shipped.
Refund Conditions
In accordance with applicable regulations, a buyer is eligible for physical and legal defects in accordance with the New Zealand Civil law. Upon discovery of a defect the Buyer has the right: to apply for a refund only in the following circumstances:

If you received a defective or damaged item;

Item delivered does not match the agreed specification.

The item delivered is different from the description provided in the listing;
Refund/Return Request must be mail to us within (14) days after the delivery of the item. The item must be in the same condition it was before shipment to receive a full refund. If 14 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately, Motivat3d will not offer you a refund.
Motivat3d will review your Return/Refund Request on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine if your refund is successful.
Conditions for Returned Item:
Buyers who wish to request a return must contact the Motivat3d 14 days after delivery confirmation by emailing us at Info@motivat3d.co.nz within 14 days after delivery. Below are conditions to enjoy a full return benefit

Ensure to mail the damage item with image and video proof to 14 days after delivery to be eligible for a return.

Your cancellation and return request needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase:

Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and all original tags and labels attached within 14 days after delivery confirmation by the Buyer.

Buyers agree to be fully responsible for paying the shipping costs of their item;

Return request must be mailed to within 14 days after product delivery.

If you used your logistic company, you are required to include the tracking number of the shipped item along with your email.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, please send a message to us. And tell us which of the conditions you have not met, and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive your return request in a situation that does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the option not to do a refund to you.
There are certain conditions where only partial refunds are granted: (if you do not meet one among the refund/return conditions) below are the conditions for partial refunds.

Item return but not in its original condition, is missing or some parts are damaged for reasons due to the buyer error.

Item returned more than the provided 14 days grace period after delivery
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original payment method, excluding the shipping charges for returning your item. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be notified via email of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have processed and approved your refund request.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you are to received a refund, after the given date provided in your refund notification, we recommend you to first check with your bank for confirmation. Or contact your credit card company. Othertimes, some refunds usually take some time before it is officially posted into your credit card balance or account balance.
However, if you already completed this procedures and you are yet to receive your refund. you reserve the right to contact us at Info@motivat3d.co.nz
Shipping your Item back
If you wish to returnyour purchase, please send us a message and we will provide you with a return shipping address depending on your location. You agree to be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item even if the product arrives damaged or defective, you agree that we will only be able to provide you with a partial refund. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund balance.
